Your events are as important to us as they are to you. To ensure the complete success of large events, we are implementing a new policy for webinars with 1,000 or more attendees.

We now ask you notify Sales five (5) days prior to your large event so we can dedicate a technical resource in your room and make necessary adjustments to our infrastructure to support your event. Additional fees will apply for buffer seats and in-room support.

Having a dedicated service professional who will help respond to any technical needs that may arise allows you to focus on delivering a high quality presentation.
