Presentation Manager is a new tool available in omNovia Web Conference Pro and StageToWeb (in the Tools menu) allowing you to script and execute any step of your presentation with one click. Let’s say your webinar starts with loading a certain PowerPoint, then needs to load a movie (in Movie Player), then start a poll etc. Using the Presentation Manager you can create a list of actions and save the list with a given name. At the time of the webinar, you simply open the list and click the ‘go’ button for each action at the desired time: one click and the pre-chosen PowerPoint loads; one more click and the movie loads then the poll starts with one mouse click etc.
