We have simplified the process to grant controls or permissions to attendees. As a moderator, you can click on an attendee’s name, then click the ‘Grant Controls’ option, which will pop up a small box. There you may pick which controls you would like to grant: Microphone, Webcam or Media Tabs and Tools. You can also promote an attendee to a Presenter status.
