This Good Friday we are releasing a new feature in the chat module allowing moderators to  forward a message from the General Chat thread to the Custom Chat and vice versa. A Custom Chat thread with a name of your choice can be added to the room in the Room Settings section of My Account (this feature has been enabled for 18 months now). In the chat area, when you check one or more messages, it brings up a chat control menu. A new button called ‘Forward to other chat’ allows moderators to have the message post in the Custom Chat if it was originally in the General Chat or the reverse.
