The Room Report section of My account now offers consolidated reports including information from events. Previously event reporting and post session reporting were separate.

A new enhancement in StageToWeb allows you to expand the HD video to the entire monitor in which case your monitor essentially looks like a TV screen. StageToWeb is the new service designed to webcast live events with HD quality video.

It is now possible to allow a person to register multiple attendees for an event. If you set this option in the Settings inside the Event Manager, one registrant can also register colleagues or friends. This option is also supported for paid events.

It is now possible to mark a URL as “private” in Favorite Links in which case only moderators and presenters would see the link. This is similar to the private option in Shared Folder.

The Multi-lingual Channel feature is a recently released exciting function that allows attendees to choose the language of their choice during a webinar. A new algorithm has been implemented to run at the beginning of Recast replays to resolve some of the synchronization issues in Recast. The problem stemmed from the server not always starting the Recast at the same time as the client (player).

This Good Friday we are releasing a new feature in the chat module allowing moderators to  forward a message from the General Chat thread to the Custom Chat and vice versa. A Custom Chat thread with a name of your choice can be added to the room in the Room Settings section of My Account…
